AIP Turkey Poppers

1 lb ground turkey (or chicken)
1 c shredded sweet potato (#1 on SM machine)
1/2 c chopped greens
1/2 c apple (#1 on SM machine)
2-3 pieces of bacon chopped up
2 T coconut oil
2 T coconut flour
1 t sage (or basil)
1/2 t salt
1 t rosemary
Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls. Squash down a little. Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 25-28 min, turning over halfway. Can also be pan fried in a Saladmaster skillet.
