Healing Heart Hummus

2 cans cooked garbanzo beans rinsed-or-1cup dry garbanzo beans, soaked and cooked

¼ cup lemon juice

¼ cup veggie stock

¼ cup flax oil or extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons Tahini

1 clove raw garlic

1 tsp sea salt

Pinch cumin

 

  1. In a food processor, blend ingredients, incorporating slowly so the consistency is well blended and creamy.
